A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Supervisor, Certified Addictions Professional, speaker, author, Relationship Healing Expert, and founder of The Healing Crest® Counseling Services and Simply Lovable®, LaMora has spent more than 20 years helping women, individuals, and couples heal emotional wounds, rebuild confidence, and break unhealthy relationship patterns. She teaches that the quality of your relationships begins with the quality of your healing.

Drawing from both clinical expertise and her own healing journey, LaMora developed the SELF Method™, a practical framework built on Self Awareness, Evolution and Empowerment, Letting Go of Limiting Beliefs, and Fulfillment through Self Care. The SELF Method serves as the foundation of the Simply Lovable® brand, empowering high achieving women to prioritize healing, strengthen their confidence, and make SELF a non negotiable part of everyday life.

LaMora is also the creator of Healing by Design®, a faith centered community where women pursue emotional healing, spiritual growth, and a deeper relationship with God. Through spiritual counseling, speaking engagements, workshops, and signature products, she equips women to establish healthy boundaries, challenge limiting beliefs, and embrace their God given worth and purpose.

Through The Healing Crest® Counseling Services, LaMora specializes in childhood trauma, relationship trauma, infidelity recovery, anxiety, and depression, helping individuals and couples move beyond survival and experience genuine healing and connection.
